First release of the Python/MATLAB/Octave toolbox for analysing (and optionally
synthesising) piecewise-constant coherent gate controllers under scalar
structured Hamiltonian perturbations, accompanying the paper "Fidelity-Based
Robustness Margins for Finite-Time Quantum Control".

Includes Algorithm 1 (Lipschitz + bisection) as the certified default with
selectable margin solvers, an exact closed-form per-interval propagator
derivative, explicit error control on the two approximated quantities, case
study reproduction (make lipschitz-margin-python/matlab/octave), cross-engine
compare and verify gates, controller synthesis, an experimental comparison with
the Kosut-Lidar-Rabitz time-bandwidth bound, GitLab Python CI, REUSE/AGPL
packaging, and checked-in deliverables under results/.
