Bulk research data and related that is generally too large for GitHub, Zenodo, etc and is not deposited anywhere else, published as BitTorrent downloads on Academic Torrents and seeded from our own infrastructure. Adding this topic to a public project is what publishes and hosts it; removing it stops the hosting and leaves the torrent in place.
